"Nice ride, just missing a bolt"
The ride itself is really nice, honestly... feels smooth and comfortable. But, yeah, one of the bolts was missing when it arrived, so that was a bit annoying to deal with.

"Super easy return, quick refund"
I had to send back a bike helmet because it just didn’t fit right, and I was really grateful for how simple the whole process was. "Arrived Fast and in Great Shape"
I was in a good mood when this showed up, especially because the delivery was quicker than I expected. The box wasn’t beat up or anything, and everything inside looked good with no scratches or missing parts. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Decent, but packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine. The box was banged up though, and the tape was already coming loose, which made me a little nervous. Luckily nothing was missing, but the item did have a few scuffs. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, I was expecting Retrospec to pack it a bit more securely. Not a bad experience overall, just kind of average.

"Super easy warranty help"

"Helpful enough, though not exactly speedy"
I had a question about my order and, to be fair, they did get back to me quickly. It wasn’t instant or anything, so I was a little unsure at first, but the reply was clear and actually helped. Overall, it was a decent experience, I just wish the updates had come a bit sooner.

"Pretty Impressed With the Battery Life"
I rode all weekend and expected it to be nearly dead by the end, but it still had juice left. That’s solid in my book and definitely gives me more confidence taking it out for longer rides

"Pretty easy to put together, mostly"
Assembly went smoother than I thought it would. The instructions were clear enough, and most of the pieces lined up without much trouble. I did have to go back and redo one step because I got impatient and rushed through it, so that part was totally my fault. It took me around 30-40 minutes altogether, which wasn’t bad at all. One screw was weirdly annoying though, like why was that one screw trying to ruin my day? Still, overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Not as smooth as they promised"
The bike is okay for short rides, and the gears and brakes work fine, so it’s not a total miss. But i’m a little annoyed because it was made out to be a much smoother ride than it actually is. Every bump feels stiff, and that’s not what I expected based on what was promised. It gets the job done, but it definitely didn’t live up to the comfort claims.

"Pretty easy ordering experience"
I ordered from Retrospec it was straightforward. The site was easy to get around, I found what I was looking for quickly, and checkout didn’t feel like a whole project or anything. I guess the only thing I would’ve liked is clearer shipping info earlier on, before getting all the way to the final step. But yeah, other than that, no complaints really. It was a good experience overall

I liked how clear everything was from start to finish. The steps were laid out in a way that made sense, and I never really had that moment where I had to stop and figure out what they meant. Even the little details, like the order of the instructions and how each part followed the next, made it feel smooth and easy to get through

"Decent bike for casual rides"
I picked up a Retrospec bike a few months ago, and overall it’s been "pretty okay." It looks nice and rides fine for quick trips around town, which is mostly what I use it for. The frame feels solid, but some of the smaller parts, like the seat and pedals, feel a little cheap. I also had to tighten a few things after the first couple rides. For the price, it’s not a bad deal, but I did expect it to feel a bit more put together. I’d say it’s a decent option if you only plan to ride it "once in a while" and aren’t expecting anything too fancy.

"Super comfortable and easy to set up"
I ordered from retrospec it’s been really good so far. The seat is way more comfortable than I thought it would be, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been using it on longer rides, and random side note, my back and wrists aren’t getting sore like they used to, so that’s a big win. Setup was simple too, nothing complicated or annoying. The riding position just feels natural, not stiff or weird. Anyway, not much else to say except it works well, feels good, and I’d definitely buy it again.

"Still holding up after a couple years"
I bought my bike from Retrospec about 2 years ago, it’s still riding just fine. I don’t have anything super fancy to say about it, but it’s been solid and reliable the whole time. That’s pretty much what you want from a bike, right?

"Way tougher than I expected"
I bought this from retrospec.com a while back, it’s been way tougher than I thought it would be. I’ve used it a ton, thrown it in the car, left it outside here and there, and it still looks good and works like it should. Nothing feels cheap or wobbly, which is rare because stuff at this price usually falls apart sooner or later. For what I paid, I’m really impressed and would definitely buy it again.
